In collaboration with the City of Brampton and book publisher Scholastic Canada, Brampton Library shares Say Something!, an important and accessible book for our challenging times, in a Story Walk in Chinguacousy Park. The library launched the event in celebration of Ontario Public Library Week.
Say Something!, written by Canadian-born author Peter H. Reynolds, is presented in a series of large posters along a path that begins near the Chinguacousy Park Boat Pavilion playground.
“I’m thrilled that we have partnered with the City of Brampton and children’s publisher Scholastic Canada to present our first Story Walk!,” said Sarala Uttangi, Director of Community Engagement & Partnerships. “Now more than ever, Brampton Library is proud to inspire connections with residents over a shared story. Our choice, Say Something!, is a book for all ages that says step up when you see injustice and speak your truth.”
