Double homicide investigation in Mississauga

Investigators from the Homicide and Missing Persons Bureau are investigating the deaths of a 28-year-old and a 44-year-old man that occurred in the City of Mississauga.

On Saturday, December 28, 2019, at 12:55 a.m., Peel Regional Police responded to a disturbance call where two males were involved in an altercation at a residence near Glen Erin Drive and The Collegeway in the City of Mississauga.

Upon arrival, two adult males were located outside the residence suffering from apparent stab wounds. One male was pronounced deceased at the scene while the other male was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

This is believed to be an isolated incident and at this time there does not appear to be any threat to public safety. Investigators are not seeking any outstanding suspects at this time and this investigation is ongoing.
