LAC brings the arts to communities across Mississauga

This summer, the Living Arts Centre (LAC) ARTward Bound team is hitting the road to showcase visual and performing arts at centres across Mississauga.

The community outreach project, geared toward children aged five through 12, combines live interactive theatre, magic or storytelling performances while budding artists can experiment with paint, sculpture and mixed media. From paintings and drawings to three-dimensional sculptures and ornaments, this is an opportunity to create one-of-a-kind artwork.

And the best part … all activities are free. No pre-registration is required, just drop-in for part of the program or attend for the full day. Participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
